Linda was born and raised in St. Louis, MO, where she began her professional career working in the business areas of law, law enforcement, and government administration.  Her experience also includes working in large international sales and marketing corporations, which helped to build a solid professional foundation for Linda’s career in real estate.

Linda relocated to Cape Coral in 1990 after vacationing in the area since 1984.  Prior to her move to Florida, she resided and worked in Sweden for approximately two years.  Linda has traveled to many other countries such as Germany, England, France, Italy, Austria, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Denmark, Gibraltor, Singapore, the Maldive Islands outside India, and the Caribbean.  Traveling in the U.S. and her exposure to various cultures and languages has proven to be very beneficial in communicating with the diversified individuals with whom Linda comes into contact.

Linda obtained her Florida Real Estate Sales Associate license in 1992 and her Florida Real Estate Broker’s license in 2006.  In addition, Linda completed the 2007 Community Association Manager’s Course.  She has continued her education by attending countless other classes, workshops and seminars in sales, marketing and property management to maintain a high level of expertise in real estate.   Her experience in real estate sales and property management gives Linda a well balanced prospective that is helpful to investors when evaluating property.
